The Casual Vacancy

The Casual Vacancy - J.K. Rowling There are traces of the English middle class everywhere but I feel better books have been written about such situational drama, such as King of the Badgers or Northern Clemency. Touches of David Lodge and William Nicholson. It is not a badly written novel, just not a very exciting or moving one to read.
