The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary - Ted Dekker I have liked Ted's books but his recent change of direction and forages into urban crime and settings have left me cold. I can't help but feel there are elements of naivety running through his writing which doesn't lend itself well to contemporary crime/suspense writing. It can be just a little far-fetched and one needs to try hard not to be cynical about the arch in the story telling
